Polls and quizzes

Hosts can create polls and quizzes, set timers, close responses, and publish results. A result can remain hidden until the host publishes it. Anonymous polls keep respondent identities out of the host's results.

Whiteboards and notes

Open the shared whiteboard to draw and collaborate. Editor permissions, page and storage limits, document import, and export controls depend on the meeting configuration. Shared notes provide a common document for the session.

Breakout rooms

The host can create rooms, assign participants, and set a countdown. Content copied into selected breakout rooms is independent of the source room. Follow the host's return-to-main-room instructions.

If a tool is missing, ask the host or your administrator to review the meeting and plan settings.
