Join a meeting
Open your invitation, check your devices, and enter the waiting room.
Before joining
Use the meeting link provided by your host. Check that your browser can access the microphone and camera, then choose the correct devices in the preview screen.
Enter the meeting
- Enter your display name.
- Choose whether your microphone and camera start enabled.
- Select Join. If the host enabled a waiting room, wait for admission.
Some meetings require you to sign in or wait for the host to arrive. A full meeting or a plan limit can also prevent admission. Ask the host for help if the link has expired or the meeting has been canceled.
During the meeting
Use the microphone, camera, chat, and hand-raise controls available in your toolbar. Host policies can disable individual features. Always use the host's original link rather than sharing a private host invitation.
