Review your plan

Open Admin Center → Plans and Billing. Organization owners and authorized billing administrators can review their subscription and the available plans.

Payments and invoices

Use Payment History to find transactions and invoice details. Follow the available checkout and subscription controls to make changes. Payment methods and billing options depend on the configured provider.

Limits and billing questions

Meeting capacity, recording storage, retention, seats, and paid features follow your organization's plan. For a payment discrepancy, submit a billing ticket with the invoice reference and the date of the charge. Do not include full card numbers or passwords.
