FaceMeet Trust Center

Work together from anywhere, with trust built in.

Why organizations trust FaceMeet

From protecting your data to respecting your privacy, we design every part of FaceMeet with security in mind. We explain how we safeguard your information so you can make informed decisions.

This Trust Center summarizes our security practices, privacy commitments and the tools available to administrators.

Learn how to secure your meetings in the FAQ.

Security

  • Encrypted connections (TLS) for the website, the web app and meetings.
  • Each cloud recording is encrypted with its own key; deleting the recording destroys the key.
  • Passkeys and email verification for sign-in; a password reset signs the account out everywhere.
  • Meeting roles come from signed meeting tokens, so guests cannot take over a meeting.

Compliance

  • Data export and deletion requests from the Admin Center.
  • An activity log of administrative actions.
  • Recording retention and trash settings.
  • Meeting media and recordings stay on FaceMeet's own infrastructure.

Privacy

  • No advertising trackers in meetings or in the web app.
  • No third-party connection services for meeting media.
  • Profile pictures are stored by FaceMeet, not loaded from external services.
  • Our Privacy Statement explains what we collect and why.

Safety

  • Waiting room and meetings limited to signed-in users.
  • Hosts can mute or remove participants during a meeting.
  • Guests join without host rights.
  • Report a concern through Contact Us.
